FFL Transfer Fees
- Standard FFL Transfer Fee: $50 per firearm.
- NFA / Class III Transfer Fee: WE DO NOT ACCEPT NFA ITEMS FOR TRANSFER.
Unscheduled Transfer Fee
- Customers must contact MKT Tactical and receive approval before having a firearm shipped for transfer.
- Any firearm received without prior notification or approval from MKT Tactical, the customer will be subject to an Unscheduled Transfer Fee of $100 per firearm, in addition to any applicable storage fees.
- MKT Tactical reserves the right to refuse delivery of any firearm shipment that has not been approved in advance. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Inbound FFL Transfer Storage Policy
All inbound FFL transfers shipped to MKT Tactical are expected to be completed and picked up within 10 calendar days of customer notification unless prior arrangements have been made in writing via email. Dick@MKTtactical.com.
Transfers not completed within 10 days will be subject to a storage fee of $30 per serialized item, per month, or any portion thereof.
Any firearm transfer that remains unclaimed for 60 days after customer notification, will be considered abandoned property. MKT Tactical reserves the right to take ownership of and dispose of the firearm, including sale of the item, to recover transfer, storage, and administrative expenses. No compensation will be provided to the transferee for abandoned property.
If you are “Denied” by the FBI NICS Background Check System, you will be charged our 15% Restocking Fee.
By requesting shipment of a firearm to MKT Tactical for transfer, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
This policy is effective as of January 1, 2026 and applies to all inbound transfers received on or after that date.
